"If within one full year from date of purchase you are not completely satisfied with the BorZit System -- Call us toll-free for return instructions. When we receive the returned tool and bits, we will issue you a complete no-hastle refund. (Applies only to original purchaser and to BorZit Systems purchased directly from the factory. Refund is based on actual purchase price excluding shipping charges for expedited delivery in the continental U.S. Shipping charges will also be excluded for refunds outside the continental U.S. and Canada).



Warranty Policy

  • All components (except bits) of the BorZit Trenchless Tool are warranted for a period of two full years from the date of purchase. If any part fails to work because of defects in materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace the part at no charge to you (Applies only to original purchaser and to BorZit Tools purchased directly from the factory). Call us about the problem and we will determine if the tool should be returned to us for repair. To get your tool back in service sooner, for most repairs we can ship the parts to you along with necessary instructions for replacement).

    Shipping Policy

  • All shipments to the Continental USA are by USPS Priority Mail or ground UPS. Freight charges will be added during "check-out." Orders to Hawaii, Alaska, or US Territories will be by most practical shipping method available. Call or E-mail for shipping charges to Canada or other international destinations. If you need faster service in the Continental US call us at 1-800-803-8738 for your shipping charges. You will receive an Email confirmation for all BorZit Factory eStore orders.

  • We do not sell or exchange information about our customers. With your permission we will let you know about new products or tips about using the BorZit System. From time to time we will send out a free newsletter with tips and ideas that will be of interest to you.
